Our online store currently delivers to addresses within Australia only.
All orders will be sent via Australia Post eParcel or eParcel Express Service.

DISPATCH

We endeavour to dispatch (pick and pack) your order within 1-3 working days, after receipt of your order and payment.

Note that parcels sent via Express Post may take five business days or more to be delivered, because of restrictions including limited flights and social distancing requirements.

Australia Post will deliver to your nominated address between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday excluding public holidays. Customer orders will be dispatched from our Brisbane warehouse once payment has been approved from our finance company within 1 to 4 business days.

Any customised item/personalised range will be delivered 35 Business days of order placement. This increases to 10-12 weeks over the Christmas/New Year period, as our suppliers are closed.

Bevilles always endeavours to ensure fast and reliable delivery, however sometimes there may be slight delays that are beyond our control. If you need an item by a specific date, we recommend emailing the online team customerservice@bevilles.com.au

TRACK YOUR ORDER

We ship all of our orders via Australia Post. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email which will include a Tracking ID Number. Visit AU Post for further details on this service.

If you have not received your parcel within ten working days of ordering or your parcel has arrived damaged, please contact us via our contact us page.

RETURNS

You can return an item hassle free, it's easy! 
You can return your jewellery items:

• To any of our Stores
• Simply post them back to us along with the receipt/docket and we'll pay the postage within 14 days of return. More information on Returns

ITEMS THAT CAN'T BE RETURNED
Please note that earrings, nose rings, belly rings and customised item/personalised range products are not eligible for return unless they are deemed faulty.
