Watch Repairs

All watch repairs organised through Bevilles will be handled as efficiently as possible. Your watch will be sent directly to the relevant manufacturer for repair. Because of the intricate nature of watch mechanisms, repairs can take up to 6-8 weeks, as well as any extra time required for shipping. In some instances your watch may require a special component, which may require international shipping and can extend your repair turnaround.

Requirements

So that this process is as smooth as possible, please ensure you bring the following to your local Bevilles store:

  1. The item in question
  2. Proof of purchase
  3. Any and all original packaging
