Unclaimed Prize: 

The Prize must be claimed on 05/11/2025 12.01pm AEST. If for any reason a winner does not provide their details to the Promoter by this time, the prize will be forfeited and cash will not be awarded in lieu of that prize or part of that prize.  

  

In the event of an unclaimed prize, the prize will be redrawn on 06/11/2025 12.01pm AEST at the Promoter’s Address. The winner of the redraw will be contacted via phone and/or email within 2 business days of the redraw. Conditions of Entry  

Entering the Competition 

  1. The entrant agrees and acknowledges that they have read these Conditions of Entry and that entry into the Competition is deemed to be acceptance of these Conditions of Entry. 

  1. Entries are deemed to be received at the time of receipt by the Promoter and not at the time of transmission by the entrant. Records of the Promoter and its agencies are final as to the time of receipt. 

  1. Only valid entries will be accepted during the Promotional Period. 

  1. Employees (and their immediate family members) of the Promoter and agencies/companies associated with the conduct of this Promotion are not eligible to enter.  

  1. No entry fee is charged by the Promoter to enter the Promotion.  

  1. Where entry is allowed by purchase, the cost of the product is no greater than the cost would be without the opportunity to participate in the Promotion. 

Draws 

  1. The draws will take place at the Promoter’s Address at the end of the Promotional Period using computerised random selection. 

  1. The first valid entry drawn will be the winner of the Prize.  

  1. The Promoter may draw reserve winners in case of invalid entries. 

  1. The Promoter will ensure each draw is open for public scrutiny. 

  1. The winner of a drawn prize is determined by chance. 

  1. The Promoter will make all reasonable attempts to contact the winner. 

  1. If any winner chooses not to collect the Price or does not claim the Prize by the time specified by the Promoter, they forfeit the Prize. 

The Prize  

  1. The Prize Value is accurate and based upon the Promoter’s List Price of the Prize (inclusive of GST) at the start of the Promotional Period. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the value of the Prize after that date. 

  1. No part of the Prize is exchangeable, redeemable for cash or any other prize or transferable, unless otherwise specified in writing by the Promoter and unless faulty. 

  1. If the Prize (or portion of the Prize) is unavailable, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the Prize (or a portion of the Prize) to a prize of equal or greater value and specification, subject to any written directions of a regulatory authority. 

  1. The Prize will be awarded to the person named in the entry and any entry that is made on behalf of an entrant or by a third party will be invalid.  

Privacy  

  1. Entrants' personal information will be collected by the Promoter in accordance with its Privacy Policy: https://www.bevilles.com.au/pages/policy-privacy. 

  1. The Promoter will only publish the winner's surname, initial and postcode of residence. 

  1. It is a condition of accepting the Prize that a winner may be required to sign a legal release as determined by the Promoter in its absolute discretion, prior to receiving the Prize. 

  1. If the Prize is provided to the Promoter by a third party, the Prize is subject to the terms and conditions of the third party Prize supplier and the provision of the Prize is the sole responsibility of the third party and not the Promoter. The third party terms and conditions which apply to the Prize at the time it is issued to the winner will prevail over these Conditions of Entry, to the extent of any inconsistency. The Promoter accepts no responsibility or liability for any delay or failure by the third party to deliver the Prize, any delay or failure relating to the Prize itself or failure by the third party to meet any of its obligations in these Conditions of Entry or otherwise. 

  1. Any guarantee or warranty given is in addition to any relevant statutory guarantees and warranties and nothing in these Conditions of Entry restricts, excludes or modifies or purports to restrict, exclude or modify any statutory consumer rights under any applicable law. 

  1. If for any reason any aspect of this Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including by cause beyond the control of the Promoter, the Promoter may in its sole discretion cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion and invalidate any affected entries, or suspend or modify the Prize, subject to applicable regulation. 

  1. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to validate and check the authenticity of entries and entrant's details (including an entrant's identity, age and place of residence). In the event that a winner cannot provide suitable proof as required by the Promoter to validate their entry, the winner will forfeit the Prize in whole and no substitute will be offered. Incomplete, incorrect, illegible entries, as applicable, will at the Promoter's discretion be deemed invalid and not eligible to win. Entries containing offensive or defamatory comments, or that have been made for the sole pursuit or profit via resale, or which breach any law or infringe any third party rights, including intellectual property rights, are not eligible to win. The use of any automated entry software or any other mechanical or electronic means that allows an individual to automatically enter repeatedly is prohibited and may render all entries submitted by that individual invalid. 

  1. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify entries in the event of non-compliance with these Conditions of Entry. In the event that there is a dispute concerning the conduct of the Promotion or claiming the Prize, the Promoter will resolve the dispute in direct consultation with the entrant. If the dispute cannot be resolved, the Promoter’s decision will be final. 

  1. The Promoter will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense, damage, personal injury or death which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person's negligence or wilful misconduct) in connection with this Promotion or accepting or using the Prize (or recommendation), except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law). 

  1. The entrant will participate in and co-operate as required with all reasonable marketing and editorial activities relating to the Promotion, including (but not limited to) being recorded, photographed, filmed or interviewed and acknowledges that the Promoter may use any such marketing and editorial material without further reference or compensation to them. 

  1. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any tax implications and the entrant must seek their own independent financial advice in regards to the tax implications relating to the Prize or acceptance of the Prize. 

  1. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of these rights.  

  1. This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, any social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram and TikTok. 

Photographs on the site

Reasonable care is taken to ensure that photographs displayed on the website reflect the actual product. Due to difficulties when photographing products some may appear larger or smaller than their actual size when represented on the site.

Online Transactions

When you purchase goods or services via the website you must pay for those goods and services at the time of purchase, in the manner as specified on the website.

All orders are subject to the availability of goods. We may reject or cancel any order due to unavailability of any good. If for any reason a good is not available, we will endeavour to notify the non-availability on this website.  

Please note, modifications to your online order cannot be made once placed. If you would like to adjust your order, please contact customerservice@bevilles.com.au to arrange for cancellation.

Delivery

We retain ownership and title of the goods we supply to you until we have received the full price for the goods, applicable delivery charges, and dispatched your order. Once your order has been dispatched to you (or has otherwise been delivered in accordance with your delivery instructions), as evidenced by confirmation provided to us by Australia Post, you assume full responsibility for and risk in the goods.

Your Consumer Law Rights

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are also entitled to choose a refund or replacement for major failures with goods. If a failure with the goods does not amount to a major failure, you are entitled to have the failure rectified in a reasonable time. If this is not done, you are entitled to a refund for the goods and to obtain a refund of any unused portion. You are also entitled to be compensated for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage from a failure in the goods. 

In addition to the rights conferred by the Australian Consumer Law, the express warranties and policies set out in these General Terms and Conditions of Purchase apply.

Change of Mind, Exchange & Refund Policy

We understand that buying jewellery online is convenient, but sometimes items just don’t fit or suit you! For change of mind purchases, you have 90 days to obtain an exchange or credit note. You also have 14 days if you wish to refund your purchase. The important thing to remember is that we want the beautiful jewellery you purchase from Bevilles to be perfect for you. 
We want you to feel fabulous and confident every time you visit!

14 days money back guarantee:

  • Subject to inspection must be in resalable unworn condition
  • Proof of purchase - Receipt/docket must be provided 
  • Returned in original box
  • Refund must be returned in same method of payment, this includes gift vouchers, and credit notes. Credit notes, and Gift cards are non-refundable for cash.

Refunds are available on lay-bys within 14 days from purchase date (purchase
date is the day the lay-by is placed). Lay-bys cancelled outside the 14 days will
incur a 25% cancellation fee of the purchase price. Exchanges are available within 90 days with proof of purchase. Item must not have been worn and in a resalable condition.

The benefits under this Change of Mind, Returns & Exchange policy are in addition to all rights
and remedies conveyed by the Australian Competition and Consumer Act and the Australian Consumer Law to which you may already be entitled. This policy does not exclude, restrict or modify any such rights or remedies. 

Eternity Points

If something is returned outside of the 14 day refund policy, and the customer receives a credit note using this credit note does not qualify for any Eternity Club Points on the next purchase.

Gift Cards

  • Gift Cards are not redeemable for cash
  • Any refund associated with a gift card, will be put back onto a gift card
  • When using a gift card online, only one gift card may be redeemed per transaction.
  • Gift Cards cannot be used when redeeming Eternity Club points

Product Disclaimers

Jewellery

When jewellery is left in its box for a long period of time or in a jewellery box, it may appear tarnished. This is not a fault with the product, it just needs a good clean. We recommend giving the item a good polish and clean using our Bevilles cleaner or polishing cloths available on our website here

Watches

All watches come with a warranty. The length of warranty varies per brand.
Water resistant - Water Resistant refers to a pressure test and does not signify depth. WR is splash resistance only, 50m is suitable for swimming in light conditions. 100m and 150m is suitable for surf, swimming or water skiing but not diving. 200m is suitable for diving.

Diamonds & Gemstones

ct = Carat (ct) TDW = Total Diamond Weight
IGI = Premium solitaire rings are certified by the International Gemological Institute (IGI) an independent laboratory worldly renowned for grading
Laboratory Grown Diamonds- Laboratory Grown Diamonds are grown in a laboratory recreating the brilliance and properties of a diamond that is found in mother nature from the ground.
Black Diamonds - Black Diamonds are uniquely treated stones.
Sapphires - Sapphires are grown in strictly controlled laboratory conditions.
Coloured Gemstones - All coloured Gemstones may be colour enhanced
Rubies and Emeralds - Created Rubies and Emeralds are grown in strictly controlled laboratory conditions.
Opals - Created Opals are grown in strictly controlled laboratory conditions
Pearls - Freshwater Pearls may be colour dyed

Complimentary Chains with Necklaces

Our necklaces also include a complimentary plated chain for you to wear immediately. If you wish to complement your necklace with a different gauge, weight, or sized chain, please speak to our store staff or view our options here.

Metals

Stainless Steel - Yellow and Rose Stainless Steel may be plated.
9ct Gold Infusion - 9ct Gold (9ct) Sterling Silver (SS) Infused Jewellery. Benefit from the added strength without the added expense.
Stardust - Stardust Jewellery must not be worn in water. Please handle with care.
Children's jewellery - Some pieces are not suitable for Children under 3 years old.

Stackers (Jewellery Boxes)

    If in the unfortunate case you are not 100% happy with your jewellery box purchase, you can feel confident knowing that Marketmakers (the manufacturer of Stackers jewellery boxes) will offer a replacement or refund within 30 days of your purchase. Returns cannot be processed in store. For more information, please contact us.

    Additional Warranties offered by Bevilles

    In addition to the rights conferred by the Australian Consumer Law, Bevilles also offers a free 365 Day Jewellery Warranty and various warranties depending on the brand of the watch sold. .     Jewellery warranty

    To make a claim under Bevilles' 365 Day Jewellery Warranty, simply bring the item purchased and proof of purchase into any of our stores within 12 months from the date of purchase.

    Bevilles, at our option, will either repair or replace jewellery deemed to be defective due to the manufacturing process within 12 months of the date of purchase. Where the jewellery requires repair or replacement because it is of unacceptable quality or because of major failure then:

    • if the cost of returning the jewellery to a Bevilles store is significant because of the nature of the failure or because of the size or weight of the jewellery, we will collect the jewellery from you within a reasonable time; and
    • if the cost of returning the jewellery to our store is not significant, you are responsible for this cost. You are however entitled to compensation for reasonably foreseeable costs incurred because of the defect, including the cost of returning the jewellery to us for repair, replacement or return.

    This 365 Day Jewellery Warranty does not cover loss, damage, breakage, changes in appearance or degradation due to excessive wear or mishaps.

    Watch warranties

    Watch warranties are brand specific and are provided at the time of purchase. To make a claim under this warranty, simply bring the item purchased and the proof of purchase into any of our stores within the relevant period of the warranty from the date of purchase. Where the watch requires repair or replacement because it is of unacceptable quality or because of major failure then:

    • if the cost of returning the watch to a Bevilles store is significant because of the nature of the failure or because of the size or weight of the watch, we will collect the jewellery from you within a reasonable time; and
    • if the cost of returning the jewellery to our store is not significant, you are responsible for this cost. You are however entitled to compensation for reasonably foreseeable costs incurred because of the defect, including the cost of returning the watch to us for repair, replacement or return.

    As outlined above in the Australian Consumer Law section, our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. 

    The benefits under this warranty policy are in addition to all rights and remedies conveyed by the Australian Competition and Consumer Act and the Australian Consumer Law and any statutory rights to which you may already be entitled.  This policy does not exclude, restrict or modify any such rights or remedies.


    Lay-by Terms & Conditions

    Lay-by Policy – For purchases made from 1 Jan 2024 

    • Purchases by you of Bevilles products under a lay-by arrangement will be subject to this Lay-by Policy.
    • The lay-by period, the description of the goods, purchase price and the required instalments will be described in your receipt docket. 
    • Lay-by arrangements are subject to a non-refundable admin fee of $10.00 (inclusive of taxes) payable at the point of purchase.
    • A minimum deposit of 25% of the product’s purchase price is also payable at the point of purchase. If the deposit is less than 25% and is not topped up to the minimum 25% within two weeks of the original purchase, Bevilles reserves the right to cancel the lay-by. 
    • Instalments must be paid in accordance with the instalment details described in your receipt docket and can be paid at any Bevilles store. 
    • Purchases made under a lay-by arrangement must be finalised within three months from the original purchase date.
    • Bevilles may notify you by SMS if your lay-by payment is overdue. 
    • Collection or cancellation of products purchased under a lay-by arrangement can only be made at the store where the goods were originally purchased and only by the customer whose name is on the lay-by docket. 
    • During your lay-by arrangement, you have 14 days from the date of first deposit to cancel your lay-by and receive a full refund of instalments paid to date (including your deposit and excluding the admin fee). This will be reimbursed in the same way in which the item was purchased.
    • After 14 days and before you finalise your lay-by arrangement and collect your purchase, you can cancel your lay-by arrangement and receive store credit or an exchange to an equivalent value of instalments paid to date (including your deposit). 
    • If you cancel the lay-by arrangement due to our breach, you will receive a full refund of instalments paid to date (including your deposit and admin fee).
    • Once the lay-by is finalised, our usual terms and conditions apply including:
      • If applicable to your product, a 90 Day Change of Mind Policy by way of exchange or store credit only; and
      • your Free 365 Day Jewellery Warranty will commence. See terms and conditions for details. 
    • We would love for you to finalise your lay-by arrangement within the due date stated on your receipt docket. In the event it is not, we will cancel your lay-by arrangement 14 days after we notify you that you have not finalised your lay-by arrangement. You may incur a cancellation fee which could be up to 25% of the total purchase price. If the lay-by arrangement is cancelled in these circumstances, we will refund all instalments paid to date (excluding the admin fee) to you at your request.
    • If a lay-by arrangement is cancelled, we may deal with the goods in any chosen way in its absolute discretion which may include selling or destroying the goods, and you will have no claim on those goods.


    Reference Cards in store

    Reference cards can be given in store for a product that is currently in stock. Reference prices are available for 14 days from the date of issue and are only applicable in the store that the cards were issued from. The pricing is not valid on special, custom or forward orders.

    • Prices listed on the site are updated via an automatic feed and Bevilles will take all reasonable precautions to ensure this is error free. Errors due to this process are subject to correction.

    4. ELIGIBILITY: The Contest is open to legal residents of Australia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of the Sponsor and their Immediate Family Members, its parent entity, subsidiaries, and affiliates are not eligible. Immediate Family Members means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto, ex-de-facto, child or stepchild (whether natural or by adoption), parent, stepparent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, stepbrother, stepsister or first cousin.
    5. HOW TO ENTER:  To enter the Competition, an eligible entrant must complete one of the following mechanics during the Competition Period:

      (A) Free Call number Entry: (i)call our free call numbers sent to them in the SMS they receive from the Promoter; and (ii) answer all questions in the automated phone survey as prompted including their contact phone number (mobile phone number). The entry when calling the free call number is free from a landline only

      (B) Website Entry: (i)click on the link provided in the email or SMS that they receive from the Promoter to be directed to the promotional website; and (ii) input the requested details including their mobile phone number, and (iii) answer all the questions in the survey as prompted on the promotional website, and (iv) submit the fully completed entry form. 

      (C) Near Field Communication (NFC) Entry: (i)use their phone in-store if they have NFC active in their settings. They tap their phone as instructed in-store and will be directed to the promotional landing page; and (ii) input the requested personal details and answer all the questions in the survey as prompted and submit the fully completed survey.

      (D) For the sake of clarity, the entrant will be the person whose name is registered on the Sponsor’s account relevant to the mobile phone number or email address submitted on entry (for 1800/0800 and website entry) or the mobile phone used to enter (for SMS entry).

      (E) Only one (1) entry permitted per person per feedback request.
      The Sponsor is not responsible for failed, late, lost, incomplete, undeliverable, incorrect, damaged, or misdirected Entries for any reason. All Entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be returned or acknowledged.
    6. PRIZE: One winner in the prize draw will win a $2,500 Bevilles Gift Card. The Bevilles Gift Card is subject to separate terms and conditions which can be found here: 
    7. PRIZE SELECTION

    8. NOTIFICATION: Selected Entrant will be notified by email or telephone within five (5) business days of selection using the email address or telephone number provided on the Entry (the “Notification”). The Sponsor shall have no liability if the Notification is lost, intercepted or not received by a Selected Entrant for any reason. A response to the Notification must be received by the Contest Sponsor within 5 days thereof, failing which any non-responsive Selected Entrant will be disqualified and will forfeit any applicable Prize. Any Selected Entrant that has been disqualified shall have no recourse against the Sponsor and the Sponsor shall have no liability or responsibility to disqualified Selected Entrant.

      If a Selected Entrant is disqualified or forfeits a Prize, an alternate Selected Entrant will be selected by random draw from all remaining Entries until a winner is declared.
    9. DECLARATION OF WINNER AND AWARDING PRIZE: To be declared a Contest Winner and to receive a Prize, Selected Entrant must 1) meet all Contest eligibility requirements and otherwise comply with the Official Rules; 2) provide a mailing address and telephone number for prize delivery. 

      The Bevilles Jeweller Gift Card will be posted to the winner by registered mail and is valid for 12 months from the date of card issue.  The Bevilles Jeweller Gift Card is subject to its terms of issue. The Promoter accepts no liability for a defective Gift Card however, if necessary, will provide reasonable assistance to a winner to ensure a replacement Bevilles Jeweller Gift Card is provided.  

      Prize is not transferable and cannot be exchanged, substituted, or redeemed for cash, except that the Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, substitute a Prize for another prize or prizes of equal or greater value.

      The Sponsor shall have no further obligation to the Prize winner other than the Prize awarded. 

      Contest winner will be posted at https://www.bevilles.com.au/pages/terms-and-conditions  within four weeks following the end of the Contest Period.
    10. GENERAL: By participating, all Entrants and the selected Prize Winners agree a) to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor; and b) to release, indemnify and hold harmless the Sponsor and its affiliates, subsidiaries and independent contractors, and their respective directors, officers, shareholders, employees, agents and representatives, including advertising and promotion agencies, from any and all liability for claims/damages, including but not limited to claims/damages for personal injury (including death) or property damage, with respect to or arising from participation in the Contest and acceptance, possession, use or misuse of a Prize, or for claims based on publicity rights, defamation, or intrusion of privacy.
    11. USE OF INFORMATION: Entrants acknowledge and agree that, by entering the Contest, they consent to the Sponsor’s collection (including through systems provided by Promoter), use and disclosure of their personal information for the purpose of administering and promoting the Contest and for internal analysis of participant demographics for future marketing. Entrants who win a Prize also consent to the use and disclosure of their personal information, including name, likenesses, city of residence and/or statement about the Prizes, by the Sponsors and their agents or representatives, for advertising, marketing, and publicity purposes, in any media, to the extent permitted by applicable law, with no further compensation other than awarding of the Prize.
    12. PRIVACY: Neither the Sponsor nor its affiliates will share personal information collected from Contest entrants with any third parties, except as necessary for the administration of the Contest. The Sponsor will not attempt to contact entrants for any other purpose other than to administer the Contest, unless the entrant has opted-in to receive email communications from the Sponsor. The Sponsor respects individuals’ right to privacy. Please read the Bevilles Privacy Policy carefully to understand how personal information is collected, used and disclosed.     13. LEGAL JURISDICTION: Subject to Rule 15 below, by entering the Contest, entrants agree: (i) that any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with the Contest or any Prize award shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of the Province of Alberta, and (ii) to irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Province of Alberta over any claim or matter arising under or in connection with the Contest or these Official Rules.
    14. FOR RESIDENTS OF QUEBEC: Any dispute respecting the conduct or organization of a publicity Contest in Québec may be submitted to the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux(“Régie“)in Quebec for a ruling. Any litigation respecting the awarding of a Prize may be submitted to the Régie only for the purpose of helping the parties reach a settlement.
    15. LIABILITY: The Sponsor shall not be held responsible for any problems, errors or negligence that may arise or occur in connection with the Contest. The Sponsor accepts no responsibility for loss, damage or claims caused by or resulting from the Contest or acceptance of a Prize. The Sponsor will not be responsible for late, lost, undeliverable, illegible, incomplete, falsified, tampered with, altered, or destroyed Entries for any reason and all such entries will be void. In the event it is determined that an entrant has entered in a fashion not sanctioned by these Official Rules and/or has submitted more than the number of entries permitted by these Official Rules, the entrant will be disqualified, and all of the Entries submitted by the entrant will be void. The Sponsor is not responsible for any typographical, human, or other error in the printing of the Contest and/or collateral advertising materials, administration of the Contest, processing of the Entries or in the announcement of the Prize winners or in any other materials or information associated with the Contest. The Sponsor will not be liable, and does not assume any responsibility, for incorrect or inaccurate capture of Entry information, technical malfunctions, human or technical error, printing errors, lost, delayed, or garbled data or transmissions, omission, interruption, deletion, defect or failures of any telephone or computer lines or networks, computer equipment, software or any combination thereof. Sponsor is not responsible for electronic transmission errors resulting in omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operations or transmission, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to or alterations of entry materials, or for technical, network, telephone equipment, electronic, computer, hardware or software malfunctions or limitations of any kind, or inaccurate transmissions of or failure to receive information by the Sponsor on account of technical problems, or on account of traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website or any combination thereof.

      The Sponsor reserves the right to terminate, suspend, or extend the Contest or to amend the Official Rules at any time and in any way, without prior notice.

      To the extent of any conflict or inconsistency between the English and the French version of the Official Rules, the English version shall govern.
