Yes – Click & Collect is FREE for all orders.
We will get your order ready for you as quickly as possible. Normally your order will be ready to collect by the next day. This may be longer during peak times or if the item is not available in the nominated store.
We will hold your order for 7 days from the time you are notified that your order is ready for collection.
Yes they can, as long as you have authorised them. For someone else to collect the item on your behalf, you will be required to print off the email and sign it. The nominated person will require Photo ID to pick up the item. Under no circumstances will our team member hand over a Click & Collect order unless a authorised person slip has been signed and photo ID has been shown.
Click and Collect is available in all Bevilles stores nationwide.
No. Not all products, including rings, and some brands, are available for Click & Collect.
We will always try our best to ensure we can fulfil your Click & Collect order. However, sometimes there are items which may be out of stock when our staff go to look for them in store. In instances like this, we will notify you as soon as possible and let you know the options available to you.
