Estimated Delivery Times
Note that parcels sent via Express Post may take five business days or more to be delivered, because of restrictions including limited flights and social distancing requirements.
Australia Post will deliver to your nominated address between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday excluding public holidays. Customer orders will be dispatched from our Melbourne warehouse once payment has been approved from our finance company within 1 to 4 business days.
Please note that any customised items including our personalised range will be delivered within 4-6 weeks of order placement.

Track Your Order
We ship all of our orders via Australia Post. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email which will include a Tracking ID Number.
If you have not received your parcel within ten working days of ordering or your parcel has arrived damaged, please contact us via our contact us page.
