Australia Post will be pausing all post collections in NSW, ACT, and VIC from 7:00am Saturday 4th September until 7:00am Tuesday 7th September. Please view the statement from Australia Post Below:
"Australia Post will temporarily pause all Parcel Post collections from eCommerce retailers in NSW, ACT and VIC – from 7am Saturday 4 September until 7am Tuesday 7 September. Collections will continue in all other states and territories.
This temporary measure will allow us to responsibly clear record parcel volumes in parts of our network impacted by COVID-19. The safety of our people is our highest priority, and this will help ensure volumes are kept to a safe and manageable level. Our team will continue with processing across the weekend in these areas."
Due to the increased demand experienced by Australia Post and their temporary pause on Parcel Post collections, you will experience delays in receiving your orders. Due to an increase demand and technical issues experienced with Australia Post systems, Bevilles is experiencing some minor delays shipping out parcels. Rest assured: your order is being prepared for dispatch, it may take up to 2-5 business days.

Note that parcels sent via Express Post may take five business days or more to be delivered, because of restrictions including limited flights and social distancing requirements.
Australia Post will deliver to your nominated address between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday excluding public holidays. Customer orders will be dispatched from our Melbourne warehouse once payment has been approved from our finance company within 1 to 4 business days.
Any customised items including our personalised range will be delivered within 4-6 weeks of order placement. This increases to 10-12 weeks over the Christmas/New Year period, as our suppliers are closed.

Track Your Order
We ship all of our orders via Australia Post. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email which will include a Tracking ID Number.
If you have not received your parcel within ten working days of ordering or your parcel has arrived damaged, please contact us via our contact us page.
