DELIVERY
- FREE delivery on all orders over $80
- $9.95 for Standard delivery, under $80, 3-7 Business days after dispatch
- $12.95 for Express delivery, 1-3 Business days after dispatch
Our online store currently delivers to addresses within Australia only.
All orders will be sent via Australia Post eParcel or eParcel Express Service.
Orders are delivered Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm (excluding public holidays). Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email which will include a Tracking ID Number. Visit AU Post for further details on this service.
Any customised item/personalised range will be delivered 35 Business days of order placement. This increases to 10-12 weeks over the Christmas/New Year period, as our suppliers are closed.
DISPATCH
We endeavour to dispatch (pick and pack) your order within 1-4 working days, after receipt of your order and payment.

RETURNS
You can return an item hassle free, it's easy!
You can return your jewellery items:
- To any of our Stores
- Simply post them back to us along with the receipt/docket and we'll pay the postage within 14 days of return. More information on Returns

ITEMS THAT CAN'T BE RETURNED
Please note that earrings, nose rings, belly rings and customised item/personalised range products are not eligible for return unless they are deemed faulty.
