Yes, it is possible. Depending on your lifestyle and how carefully your piece is worn, some stretching or breakage may occur over time.

In the event of breakage, please retain your chain and contact Bevilles' Support. Our team will assess whether it can be re-soldered.

The Permanent Jewellery Service is available to customers who are aged 18 years or over.

1. Bevilles’ 30‑day Change of Mind policy does not apply to Permanent Jewellery or the Service. 
2. Bevilles offers a 3‑month warranty on Permanent Jewellery. If eligible under the warranty, Bevilles may elect to replace or repair the product, provide you with a clasp version, provide an e‑voucher for the value of the product (excluding Service Fee), or provide a refund. 
3. The option to have the Permanent Jewellery Chain rewelded under the 3‑month warranty is only available if: (a) Bevilles continues to offer the Permanent Jewellery Service. (b) You are still in possession of the Permanent Jewellery. (c) The Permanent Jewellery was broken where the jump ring was closed.
