How do you store gold earrings?

The key is to keep your gold earrings and all your other jewellery separated to prevent unwanted scratching. It’s also worth noting that, although gold is durable, it can still degrade when exposed to things like soap, cleaning products, cosmetics, and chlorine, or too much direct sunlight and moisture.

How do you clean gold earrings?

Whether your earrings are solid gold or set with exquisite diamonds, there’s one easy way to clean your gold earrings. Get a regular sized bowl and soak your gold earrings in warm water with a few drops of mild dishwashing liquid. Be careful not to put too much or it may damage your earrings. 

Soak for about 30 minutes. Now gently brush them with a soft toothbrush, rinse, and dry with a cloth. For stubborn grime, oils, and dirt, you can try soaking them in rubbing alcohol for a few minutes.
