As this is a custom item, it will take approx 8 weeks to be made and shipped to you. Free delivery is available for all custom made orders. Bevilles ships orders through Australia Post. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped

Returns

If for some reason your custom ring order does not fit, we will gladly offer an exchange or a refund. For custom items, we are unable to refund due to change of mind purposes.

We provide a limited 365 day manufacturing warranty on all jewellery purchases with proof of purchase. This does not cover ‘accidental damage’ ‘deliberate damage’, excessive or normal wear and tear. If a Bevilles item does not live up to your expectations, and you believe it is in fact faulty, our staff will happily assess the item and work with you on an appropriate solution.
