Returns
You can return an item hassle free, it's easy! For your convenience and peace of mind you can return all* online purchases. You can return your jewellery items:
- To any of our stores
- Simply post them back to us along with the receipt/docket and we'll pay the postage within 14 days of return. Click here for more info.
- Email customerservice@bevilles.com.au and we will organise return delivery for you.

Fast Dispatch
FREE delivery on all orders over $100
Express Orders – Your purchase will be dispatched the following business day.
Standard Orders- Your purchase will be dispatched in 1-2 business days.
Please Note: There may be a delay in dispatching your order if one or more products is not eligible for Fast Dispatch. Eligible products are identifiable by the fast dispatch icon. We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-2 business days.
During busy sale periods there may be a delay in processing your order due to an increase in order volumes. Orders are not dispatched on weekends or Victorian Public Holidays.
Jewellery
We provide a limited 365 day manufacturing warranty on all jewellery purchases with proof of purchase. This does not cover ‘accidental damage’ ‘deliberate damage’, excessive or normal wear and tear. If a Bevilles item does not live up to your expectations, and you believe it is in fact faulty, our staff will happily assess the item and work with you on an appropriate solution.
We guarantee to work towards a fair and reasonable outcome for our customers, each and every time. Suitable solutions may be a repair, a replacement, an exchange for another item or a refund.
Watches
Watch manufacturer warranties are sent with your order. Warranties will vary from brand to brand.
