Australia Post will be pausing all post collections in NSW, ACT, and VIC from 7:00am Saturday 4th September until 7:00am Tuesday 7th September. Please view the statement from Australia Post Below:
"Australia Post will temporarily pause all Parcel Post collections from eCommerce retailers in NSW, ACT and VIC – from 7am Saturday 4 September until 7am Tuesday 7 September. Collections will continue in all other states and territories.
This temporary measure will allow us to responsibly clear record parcel volumes in parts of our network impacted by COVID-19. You can return an item hassle free, it's easy! For your convenience and peace of mind you can return all* online purchases. You can return your jewellery items:

Warranty
Jewellery
We provide a limited 365 day manufacturing warranty on all jewellery purchases with proof of purchase. This does not cover ‘accidental damage’ ‘deliberate damage’, excessive or normal wear and tear. If a Bevilles item does not live up to your expectations, and you believe it is in fact faulty, our staff will happily assess the item and work with you on an appropriate solution.
We guarantee to work towards a fair and reasonable outcome for our customers, each and every time. Suitable solutions may be a repair, a replacement, an exchange for another item or a refund.
Watches
Watch manufacturer warranties are sent with your order. Warranties will vary from brand to brand.
