Welcome to our frequently asked questions page. Below is a list of the most frequently asked questions from our customers who have used the Bevilles website.

 

Q: I am a new customer and I'm not sure how to place an order?

A:We try to make shopping online with us as easy as possible. Our customers are very important to us, so ensuring our website is easy to use is paramount! Shopping at bevilles.com.au has never been easier and here is a step-by-step guide to placing an order.

1. Browsing

On the homepage choose which type of product you would like to browse through. Underneath the Bevilles logo are options running from left to right that you can choose from.

2. Narrow down your search

The menus down on the left-hand side of the screen are there to help you narrow down your search. For example, you can narrow your search down to items be gender, by brand, by price if you have a budget and more.

3. Finding out more about a product

Once you've found the item you'd like to have a closer look at, you can either click on the picture or the text, which is located under the picture. This will bring up a larger picture and more details about the item.

4. Your Shopping Cart

Once you are happy and would like to buy the item, you can select how many you would like to buy and then select 'add to cart'. From here you can continue shopping for further gifts or, you can 'checkout' if you are ready to purchase the item.

5. The Checkout

If you are an existing bevilles.com.au member simply enter your username and password, if not either view the membership benefits or click apply now and enter the requested information. Once entered you will be taken back to your shopping cart where you can 'continue shopping' or 'checkout'. If 'checkout' is selected you're then required to enter your shipping and billing address details. Once you are happy with everything, you press 'continue' and proceed to payment. You also have to opportunity to check out as a guest.

6. Submit your order

You're now ready to select your payment type and enter your details.

Q: How do I pay for my purchase?

A:We accept Credit Card, PayPal, Bevilles Jewellers gift vouchers, and Eternity Points.

Q: How long will it take before I receive my order?

A: We aim to have your purchase delivered to you within 7 working days. This is subject to product availability and the delivery option you chose.

Q: How long do I have to return an item?

A: At bevilles.com.au we want you to be delighted every time you shop with us. Occasionally though, we understand that you may wish to return items. If you have bought an item at Bevilles and you wish to return it back to us, then you have 90 days in which to do so. You can take the item along with receipt into any of our Bevilles stores for easy refund. Alternately, you can return your item to our online store. A refund can be given once we receive your returned item.

Q: What if I don't like the item I purchased and want to exchange it?

A: If you have bought an item through bevilles.com.au and you wish to exchange it, then you have 30 days in which to do so. You can take the item along with receipt into any of our Bevilles stores for easy exchange. Alternately you can return your item to our online store. An exchange can only be organised once we receive your returned item.

Q: Is your website secure?

A: This site takes precautions to help maintain the privacy and security of your information. For example, you are required to enter a valid Email address and Password before any personal information can be displayed. This site encrypts the information transmitted between our server and your browser. Also, if there is no activity on a page for an extended period of time, the site automatically logs you off. When that happens, you need to log on again using your Email address and Password.

To help us provide the best possible service, we may collect and maintain certain information regarding, for example, the products you purchase, and your billing and delivery information. However, we protect and enforce the confidentiality of this information very strictly, and under no circumstances will we sell or rent it to other businesses or third parties. We respect your privacy and do all we can to honour the trust you place in Bevilles.

Q: How secure is my online payment?

A: Credit card information that is sent to us is encoded with the latest SSL encryption technology which cannot be accessed or used by anyone else; ensuring that any information you send to us is completely safe.

Q: Can my order be sent to a different delivery address?

A: Items can be despatched to any location, in Australia and it does not have to be your home address either. This is a popular choice for ordering gifts that are meant to be a surprise for someone, such as your partner for example. However, to help prevent fraud, your invoice will be sent to the address of the card holder.

Q: How can I find a particular product?

A:
The website has been designed so that you search easily and efficiently to find the watch, piece of jewellery or gift that you are looking for. When looking at products, you can narrow down your search by selecting the relevant criteria, such as the particular brand and also whether it will be for him or her. You might even know our product reference number. If this is the case you can search by that as well. On the left hand side of the page, you will see a box with the words "Search for products" in it. Simply enter the product number in this box and press enter. If we have that item it will be displayed below.


If you cannot find your desired item on the website, this does not mean that we don't stock it. You can call us on 1300 797 949 and we will be happy to answer any of your queries or alternatively, visit our Contact Us Page   for information regarding other means of contacting us.

Q: Where can I get store details, store opening times and contact?

A: Our Store Locations page provides details regarding all Bevilles stores and you can even find which stores are closest to you by simply selecting where you live and view the list. Each store listing includes the address, location map, telephone number and opening times.

Q: Are receipts sent with purchases?

A: With every product that is despatched be Bevilles.com.au, a despatch note will be issued. This is your proof of purchase (i.e. receipt). This will contain information such as the company name and address, the product(s) purchased, along with their price and the total amount. Please refer to your receipt in event of a return.
